Lego Jake

Jake saved his money to visit the Lego store in Orlando. He had a great time. Concerned that the cleaning lady might vaccume up his new lego's Jake wrote a note and left it for the cleaning lady before we left for the day. It reads "Please don't vaccume this up."

Nick Hotel Jake

Here are pictures from the Nickelodean hotel. Jake had his own room. There was plenty for a kid to do from miniature golf to arcades to water slides. Oh, and don't forget the slime.

GYSA Tourney Jake

Thursday night Coach Adam invited Jake to play on a Tournament Team for GYSA. 2 games on Saturday and 2 games on Sunday. They were 1-1-2. Jake was the Team Captain for game 2. The last game Sunday was 51 degrees and pouring rain. They won and Jake scored a goal kicking the ball over the goalie's head.

Laser Tag Jake

Saturday was Jakes's last soccer game of the season followed by a pizza party. On Sunday, Jake's Soccer Coach invited all the boys over for Dalton's Birthday to play laser tag (I think it was a ploy to condition the boys off-season without having a practice. I am suspicious of Birthday partys now until the next season starts). Everyone had a blast. The first game was "capture the hat". The first game was over in 38 seconds when Jake sprinted across the playing area and grab the hat untouched. After that Coach changed the rules. That also probably solidified Jakes position as a Striker for next year.
